I am honored to be joining the Starlight community as your principal. I have had the pleasure of working with Starlight staff in past roles and look forward to getting to know the students and families. Partnership with families is an important element of student success  and I am excited to build on the work that is already happening here at Starlight Elementary.

My previous experiences in education include time as bilingual teacher for grades 1, 2 and 3,  as an instructional coach focused on language development and biliteracy, as a county office of education administrator supporting schools and districts with their programs for multilingual learners and most recently as an assistant principal.  

I know that together we can build a better future for our children!
